2. Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy:

- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Final sale items (e.g., personalized jewelry) cannot be returned.
How to Return:

- Print the prepaid label (U.S. only).
- Drop off at any USPS location.
Refunds:
- Processed within 5–7 business days after receipt.
- Refund issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
- Free exchanges for size adjustments within 45 days.
- Select “Exchange” at checkout when initiating a return.
3. International Orders
- Duties & taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
